Traditional Thai Massage A 2500-year-old style of Asian bodywork. Sessions take place on a padded mat, wearing loose, comfortable clothing. No creams or oils are used. A unique combination of meditation, reflexology, stretching, yoga and accupressure. The best therapy for maintaining healthy muscles and joints with excellent flexibility and range of motion.
Neuromuscular Therapy/Deep Tissue
A combination of deep Swedish movements, gradually working deeper into trigger point and muscle fiber therapy. This approach is typically recommended for pain relief and deep relaxation of muscles.
Thai Herbal Massage
A combination of traditional Thai massage and ancient herbal compressing methods. Hot compresses, made from imported herbs are pressed over arms, legs, back and torso. Especially beneficial for detoxifying, relaxation (stress relief), pain relief and relief of sore, stiff muscles. Minimum 90 minute session.
Massage Cupping
Massage Cupping is a modified version of the common practice of Chinese Cupping Therapy. By creating suction and negative pressure, Massage Cupping is used to drain excess fluids and toxins, loosen adhesions, lift connective tissue and bring blood flow to stagnant muscles and skin. |
